If you are looking to bid or buy on the internet, I am listed with most auctions and in some cases you may buy from a company that has my paperwork on file and all you need to do is pay for the item and they will ship it to me. If you are going to be going out of town or to a gun show or auction then I can supply you with a copy of my FFL to submit to the seller and keep the process going. I do require a copy of your drivers license as a means to identify you if contacted by the seller, ATF,FBI or Police.
There is a transfer fee and other fees on assault rifles and all persons must go through a background check. Washington changed some laws and you need to understand them. After the paperwork is started then it is sent to the Sheriff's Office where they do the NICS check. There is a 10 BUSINESS DAY waiting period and upon a PROCEED then you have to sign more forms before you can take it. If you end up with a DELAY, then the firearm cannot be processed until it is a PROCEED. ANY semi auto rifle is considered an Assault Rifle. You must have received the required training certificate to present to the dealer, along with an additional $18 fee and then fill out paperwork that will go to the Sheriff's Office and there will be a 10 BUSINESS DAY waiting period and must get a PROCEED to take the firearm.
Transfer fee is included on any firearm purchased from me and including sales tax. If I am transfering the firearm purchased elsewhere there is a $20 fee. There is no sales tax on just a transfer fee, however, Please note that Washington is now requiring dealers to charge a 8%use tax on firearms from out of state and on line sales now. If you did not pay a sales tax then there will be tax collected prior to the transfer. If no price was/is given then a fair market value must be used. What next???
I do list firearms for customers on online auctions such as Gun Broker. I take pictures and you write a description and I list it. I will hold all items and monies until the auction is ended and both parties are in approval. My basic fee is $25 per item and ALL costs involved to make the transaction. Other items at a negotiated fee. All firearms listed below are subject to prior sales and may not be available at the prices listed.

ESTATE SALE
I am working with a person and have access to a host of firearms that will be listed for sale. They are slow to make them available but some are on gunbroker.com now and some can be available to see in my shop . Call for availability and appointment.
CONSIGNMENTS AND LISTINGS
I do the photography and listings for estates and people that want to list their firearms on gunbroker, etc. A normal fee of $25 is what I charge to do pictures and list your firearm. Of course, all other fees and shipping are your expense and/or how you wish to list and what services you want to do or not do, is up to you. In some cases the cost is more depending on the situation.
